The Best Accessories for DJI Osmo Pocket
#1 Gimbal Lens Cover
The gimbal comes with a bulky cover that often exposes the lens when it unexpectedly spins.
Use this gimbal lens cover from Amazon to cover and protect the screen and lens.
The only drawback is that it can’t carry extra lenses and I use my wide-angle lens a lot.
#2 Osmo Pocket 3 Carrying Case
If you need a carrying case, we highly recommend this padded one by Skyreat. It has compartments for everything the creator combo comes with, along with extra pockets for interchangeable lenses.
It can be stowed in your backpack/bag, or worn as a crossbody (strap is included).
#3 Silicone Slip Desktop Mount
The Osmo Pocket comes with a tripod, but it also makes the gimbal significantly longer.
I like to carry my Osmo Pocket in my crossbody purse, so this silicone desktop mount makes it easy to carry the camera alone, which makes it about only 5″ tall and able to fit in any handbag.
#4 ProGrade microSDXC UHS-II V60 Memory Card
ProGrade makes THE BEST SD cards. I recommend getting at least two Micro SD cards so that you have a backup.
As for space, I recommend 256GB for most Osmo Pocket users.
#5 Screen Protector
We highly recommend using a screen protector. It’ll protect the screen from any falls or bumps.
#6 ULANZI Vlogging Mini Light
If you’re vlogging a lot, this mini light is great for attaching to your Osmo Pocket. It comes in different settings and is compact enough to fit in your handbag.
#7 Compact Tripod
I LOVE this compact tripod! It fits in most of my bags and is perfect for the Osmo Pocket.
It has a ball head mount and extends to about thigh height.
#8 Lens Cleaning Cloths
It’s important to remember that you can NEVER clean your camera with any form of liquid. The gimbal is not water resistant.
Instead, use these packable lens cleaning cloths to clean your gimbal lens and screen. We like to keep one on our keychain and backpack.
#9 International Travel Adapter
The Osmo Pocket comes with a USB-C charging cable but no adapter. Most companies are excluding adapters to prevent waste.
We highly recommend getting a travel adapter with USB-C ports. It’s also great to have when traveling!
#10 Suction Cup Mount
This suction cup mount is AMAZING. You can attach it to the Osmo Pocket Handle With 1/4″ Thread or Battery Handle.
It lifts the gimbal and you to attach it to any compatible smooth surface such as mirrors, marble, or metal.
#11 Extender
Wondering how you can attach all your accessories to your Osmo Pocket? This extender helps you do exactly that.
It has two cold shoes for your microphone and light and can attach to other mounts and tripods.
#12 Magnetic Phone Mount
This magnetic mount can attach to your car or any magnetic surface. Yes, you can essentially film while driving.
It comes with a phone clamp but that can be removed and attached to your Osmo Pocket. It’s super strong too!
#13 Freewell Interchangeable Lenses
Freewell makes interchangeable lenses and filters. Their megapack of 14 lenses is perfect for the avid Osmo Pocket user.
It comes with a carrying case and is compact enough to fit in any bag.
