Got tickets booked for Tulum? Here is our guide to help you prepare your wardrobe for this magical beach destination.
The Best Time to Visit Tulum
Tulum is hot year round with temperatures ranging from 95 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
Our favorite time to visit is November, December, or January when the crowds are sparser and the weather is slightly cooler. It also gives us a chance to snowbird from Seattle.
Tulum is hottest in the summer (June through August), so if you want a beach vacation without the heat, opt for the less busy seasons. Summer also invites sargassum (seaweed) to the beaches which stinks up the place. It can be very unpleasant.
